With 20 years of experience in the field of massage therapy, I bring a wealth of expertise and a deep passion for promoting health and wellness through therapeutic touch. My journey in massage therapy began with a strong academic foundation, graduating at the top of my class from a renowned massage school. This achievement set the stage for an illustrious career dedicated to excellence and continuous learning.

My specialization in therapeutic and sports massage has allowed me to work with a diverse range of clients, from everyday individuals seeking relief from stress and pain to elite athletes performing on the world stage. I had the honor of serving as the Head Massage Therapist for USA Rugby Men's National team for a decade, a role that included supporting the team through the 2016 Olympics as well as the 2011 and 2015 Rugby World Cups. This experience honed my skills in addressing the unique needs of high-performance athletes, helping them achieve peak performance and recover from intense physical exertion.

I am proud to have been a part of the Olympic Games, where I contributed to the well-being of some of the world's top athletes.
